Its time to be aware that we are not the limited, fearful, sinful individuals that orthodox religion would have us to believe we are. Science now agrees with the Mystery Schools all over the world, who taught that there is an entire universe within the human body; that has its worlds, its planes, and its gods and goddesses. Millions of minute cells are its inhabitants. These tiny creatures are grouped together into kingdoms, nations and races, and become one thing composed of many parts.
The Supreme God of this great consciousness is the Higher Consciousness in mankind. Every time we walk up and down the street we carry a hundred million solar systems with us, but because they are so infinitesimal, we cannot realize that they are actually worlds.
The Ancients believed that the theory of man is made in the image of God was to be understood literally. They maintained that the universe was a great organism not unlike the human body, and that every phase and function of the Universal Body corresponded to man.
The most precious ‘Key to Wisdom’ that the priests communicated to the new initiates was what they termed the law of comparison or analogy. Therefore, to the ancients, the study of stars was a sacred science, for they saw in the movements of the celestial bodies the ever-present activity of the Supreme Creator. The value of religion is to affect focus on this reality for they were created to show us the way to understand our place in this vastness. Unfortunately the Christian Church denies it myths and has made them heretical.
The gods, who gave us the knowledge of who we are, have been turned into the devil. How can we evolve to the next level if we do not know that our religions taught that everything, from the grain of sand to humanity, has the divine energy of God. The Ancients believed that all life was in various stages of becoming. They believed that grains of sand were in the process of becoming human in consciousness but not necessarily in form; they believed that human creatures where in the process of becoming planets; that planets were in the process of becoming solar systems; and that solar systems were in the process of becoming cosmic chains; and so on ad infinitum.
To our detriment it has been in the interest of orthodox religion to keep us unenlightened. Religion as we generally know it is a short-hand, watered down version of universal truth. Therefore it should be no surprise that we have a limited perspective of who and what we are. The heroes, stories and myths incorporated in religions are used to affect our minds, thoughts and belief systems. It is essential to remember that our thought forms create a grid of collective consciousness around the planet which reigns in any given zodiacal age.
We are now in a period of quantum change and the truth of the Wisdom Religion is as valid now as it ever was for they taught that universal truth is from the ‘Divine Mind of God’. All religions taught that the soul moves, lifetime after lifetime, onto its next stage of evolution before it finally graduates. In the Aquarian Age it is possible to be as evolved as those who were called gods thousands of years ago.
Many have written about the destructive qualities of the high technology of Atlantis as a metaphor for us now thirteen thousand years later. Science fiction writers have had a hay day making a case that the gods were astronauts from other star systems. There is probably some truth to this as our sacred sites all over the world are aligned with Vega, Pleiades, Sirius, Orion and Alpha Draconis. Sacred texts also refer to these star systems so it is in our best interest not to be stranded in any current ideas that promote limited versions of existence.
There is so much confusion because what was written as allegory and drama has been interpreted as literal, historical fact and we go to war over these disagreements. Religions were created so that we would know that we are part of the stream of consciousness from the ‘Divine Mind’. We have the right to our sexuality, to speak our feelings and to follow our own truth for that is the universal truth encoded into our divine essence. If our bodies are the pure temples where “God” can live, then why not love and worship it?
To think that the body is weak, inferior, subject to disease, decay and death; and that it was born in sin. is probably the greatest sin against humanity that has been inflicted by the priests and doctors of our religions and health systems.
Fortunately our religious myths are lying dormant in the library vaults of our unconscious mind awaiting the call. The Crosscircle Institute is here to assist you in that endeavor.
